Shipping Policy

At PAW Chain, we aim to deliver your custom-made products in a timely and efficient manner. Since all of our items are made to order, the shipping process is subject to certain production and fulfillment timeframes, which are outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time:

All of our products are custom-made once your order is placed. It typically takes between 2 to 7 business days to process and prepare your order for shipping.

Please note that these processing times are separate from the shipping times listed below. You will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking link as soon as your order has shipped. This tracking link allows you to monitor your order’s status in real-time through our print-on-demand partner's order support platform, Printify Connect.

2. Shipping Timeframes:

Once your order is processed, shipping times will depend on your location:

  • United States: 5-8 business days
  • Canada: 10-15 business days
  • Europe: 10-15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

These are estimated shipping times, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays for international orders).

3. International Shipping & Customs Fees:

We offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees once they arrive in your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

4. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order. Shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Address Errors:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. Our print-on-demand partner will not issue a free reprint or refund for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address:

  • The customer will need to cover the cost of reprinting the product, including any additional shipping fees. The reprint cost is the same as the original base product cost and shipping charges for the destination.
  • To proceed with the reprint, we will issue a draft order through Shopify, where the customer can pay for the additional charges.
  • Once payment is made, we will update the shipping address and initiate the reprint with our print-on-demand partner.

If you realize that there is a mistake with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at team@pawchain.com as soon as possible. However, once an order is processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

6. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a unique tracking link. Through Printify Connect, you will be able to monitor your delivery in real-time and report any issues directly via the provided URL.

7. Delays or Lost Packages:

If your package is delayed or lost, you can report the issue using the unique tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Our partner will handle the situation by either issuing a free reprint or offering a refund, depending on the circumstances.
