Refund and Return Policy

At PAW Chain, we work with print-on-demand services to bring you custom-made products. Due to the nature of our services, we only offer returns or refunds under specific circumstances. Please review our detailed policy below.
1. Returns for Defective or Damaged Products
We accept returns or offer replacements if the product is defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors. After receiving your order, you will be provided with a unique URL via Printify Connect, where you can track your product and report any issues.
If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps within 30 days of delivery:
- Use the unique URL to access your order's details.
- Click the Report an Issue button.
- Provide your order number and upload photos clearly showing the defect or damage.
Once reported, the issue will be reviewed, and our partner Printify will handle the resolution. You do not need to return the defective product. Upon confirmation, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.
2. Non-returnable Items
Because all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect size or color selection by the customer.
- Change of mind after receiving the product.
We recommend carefully reviewing all product details, including size guides, before placing your order.
3. Shipping Costs for Defective Products
If your item is defective or damaged, we will cover all shipping costs for replacement products. You will not be charged any additional fees.
4. Incorrect or Missing Orders
If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, use the unique URL provided via Printify Connect to report the issue within 30 days. Our support team will investigate and resolve it promptly through reprinting or correcting the order.
5. Timeframe for Reporting Issues
You must submit all requests for returns, replacements, or refunds within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to process any claims.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Once approved, the refund may take 5-7 business days for your bank or card provider to process.
